1. No they may not live in the city.
2. There are zombies in the city but you may not make them or rp as them in ANY way.
3. Zombies have the option of being able to either talk or grunt.
4. The only sign of intelligence that ANY zombie can show is ONLY the ability to talk, nothing more.
5. Zombies MUST live in The Dark Caves.
